C’est avec un thème de Noël que nous ouvrons aujourd’hui le nouveau défi du mois chez Addicted to Stamps and More.

It is with a Christmas theme that we are opening today our new challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More.

Voici ma carte / Here is my card

J’étais tellement dans les cartes d’anniversaire avec la nouvelle collection d’Uniko qui vient de sortir, que franchement j’ai eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l’inspiration pour faire une carte de Noël.

I was so into birthday cards with the new Uniko release that just came out, that I had really a hard time finding inspiration to make a Christmas card.

J’ai donc sorti mon pochoir préféré d’Uniko et je l’ai utilisé sur un fond fait avec des encres Distress oxide. J’ai d’abord utilisé de l’encre blanche sur certains sapins puis j’ai bien séché avec le pistolet à air chaud.

So I dusted out my favourite Uniko stencil from my stash and I used it on a background made with Distress oxide. I first used white ink on some trees and then dried them well with the heat gun.

Ensuite j’ai mis de l’encre Versamark sur les sapins qui restaient, et j’ai utilisé la poudre à embosser or que je viens d’acheter.

Then I put some Versamark ink on the remaining firs, and I used gold embossing powder that I’ve just bought.

J’ai collé ce fond sur une double carte bleue et j’ai découpé le sentiment dans du papier miroir dorée puis je l’ai collé sur la carte.

I flat adhered this background on a double blue card and I die cut the sentiment from a gold mirror paper then I glued it on the card.
