J’espère que vous avez aimé hier toutes les magnifiques inspirations de la première révélation sur le blog d’Uniko. Voici aujourd’hui la deuxième révélation avec le nouveau pochoir Ink & Flip Layering Christmas Tree.

I hope that you enjoyed yesterday all the wonderful inspiration for the first reveal on the Uniko’s blog. Here’s today the second reveal of the new Ink & Flip Layering Christmas Tree stencil.

Après Halloween, nous voilà avec le thème de Noël. Et j’ai été ravie de venir compléter mon stock de cartes qui est actuellement très bas.

After Halloween, here we are with a Christmas theme. And I was delighted to come and complete my stock of cards which is currently very low.

Comme je voulais un arrière plan noir, j’ai donc utilisé mon pochoir un peu différemment. Tout d’abord je n’ai utilisé qu’un seul pochoir sur les deux, celui qui représente le sapin. L’autre étant pour faire le contour.

As I wanted a black background, I so used my stencil a bit differently. First of all, I only used one out of the two stencils, the one with the tree. The other one being to make the outline.

Donc, sur une feuille de papier blanc, j’ai fait le sapin en utilisant deux encres rouges et en embossant certaines parties à la poudre dorée. Puis j’ai découpé à la main chaque motif.

So, on a white card stock, I made the fir by using two red inks and by heat embossing some parts with gold embossing powder. Then I fussy cut each part.

Sur une double carte noire, j’ai recollé chaque partie afin de reconstituer le sapin puis pour finir, j’ai tamponné et embossé le sentiment provenant du set Christmas Sentiments.

On a double black card, I glued each part back to reconstruct the fir and then to finish, I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Christmas Sentiments set.
