En ce qui me concerne, cette collection est aussi une découverte car je n’étais pas là lors de sa sortie. Je la trouve tout simplement magnifique !
As far as I’m concerned, this release is also new for me since I was not here this July. I find it simply gorgeous !
Voici mes cartes / Here are my cards
Carte #1 / Card #1
Ici j’ai choisi un des tampons du set Background Builders Winter Garland pour faire une carte toute simple. J’ai scotché un rectangle de carte blanche sur ma double carte blanche et j’ai tamponné le design dans un des coins. J’ai tourné ma carte et j’ai fait la même chose dans l’autre coin.
For this project, I chose one of the stamps from the Background Builders Winter Garland set to create a very simple card. I taped a rectangle of white cardstock onto my double white card base and I stamped the design in one of the corners. I then rotated the card and repeated the process in the opposite corner.
J’ai enlevé le scotch, j’ai bien séché l’encre avec le pistolet chauffant puis j’ai coloré le design avec des crayons de couleur. Puis j’ai tamponné le sentiment du set Christmas Wishes.
I removed the tape, I dried the ink with a heat gun, and then I coloured the design using coloured pencils. Afterward, I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Wishes set.
Pour finir, j’ai découpé un rectangle légèrement plus petit que celui de mon design dans du papier rouge puis je l’ai collé au dos de ce celui-ci avant de coller le tout sur la double carte blanche.
To finish, from a red paper I cut a rectangle slightly smaller than the one of my design then I glued it to the back of this one before flat adhering everything to the double white card.

Carte #2 / Card #2
Ce nouveau set de flocons Rustic Snowflake est absolument magnifique. On retrouve ici toute la finesse du design du set Rustic Wreath. Pour le mettre en valeur, j’ai tout simplement tamponné aléatoirement le gros flocons dans trois encres bleues puis j’ai complété avec les deux autres petits flocons présents aussi dans ce set. J’ai collé ce design sur une double carte bleue.
This new Rustic Snowflake set is absolutely stunning. It captures all the delicate design quality found in the Rustic Wreath set. To showcase it, I simply stamped the large snowflake at random using three different shades of blue ink, then I filled in the gaps with the two smaller snowflakes also included in this set. I flat adhered this design on a double blue card.
Pour finir, j’ai découpé le sentiment avec la matrice Designer Dies Big & Bold Snow. Le bleu dans le même papier que la double carte et celui du dessous dans un papier blanc irisé.
To finish, I die cut the sentiment with the Designer Dies Big & Bold Snow. The blue one in the same paper as the double card and the one below in an iridescent white paper.

Carte #3 / Card #3
Pour ce magnifique pochoir à 5 couches Layering Modern Poinsettias, j’ai opté pour mon combo favoris pour Noël : Turquoise et Rouge. J’ai donc joué avec les 5 couches de pochoir et les différents tons de bleu et de rouge.
For this gorgeous 5-layer stencil Layering Modern Poinsettias, I opted for my favorite Christmas colour combination: turquoise and red. I played around with the 5 stencil layers, using various shades of blue and red.
Pour finir cette carte j’ai découpé le sentiment dans un papier métallisé doré que j’ai collé par dessus.
To finish this card, I cut out the sentiment from gold metallic paper and I glued it on top.
