Dernière ligne droite avant Pâques et voici une carte que j’ai réalisé durant le weekend. Elle me trottait dans la tête depuis un petit moment et il fallait que je la concrétise !
Hello !
Last stretch before Easter and here is a card that I made during the weekend. It had been on my mind for a while and I had to shape it !
Quand j’étais petite, la chasse à l’oeuf se faisait chez mes grands-parents qui vivaient dans une ferme avec de grands champs autour. Le seul jardin qu’ils avaient, était le jardin potager, et c’est au milieu des choux, carottes et autres légumes que les oeufs en chocolat étaient cachés.
When I was little, egg hunting took place at my grandparents’ house who lived on a farm with large fields around. The only garden they had was the vegetable garden, and it was among the cabbages, carrots and other vegetables that the chocolate eggs were hidden.
C’est pourquoi, j’ai imaginé cette couronne de légumes dans laquelle j’ai caché quelques oeufs.
That’s why I imagined this vegetables wreath in which I hid a few eggs.
J’ai commencé par découper une feuille blanche avec une matrice festonnée et j’ai tamponné le sentiment au milieu.
I started by cutting a white card stock with a scalloped die and I stamped the sentiment in the middle.
Puis à l’aide de masques, j’ai créé cette couronne en tamponnant les différents éléments provenant de plusieurs sets de tampons. Et je les ai colorés avec des crayons de couleur.
Then thanks to masks, I created this wreath by stamping the different elements that come from several sets of stamps. And I coloured them with colour pencils.
Pour finir, j’ai collé l’image sur une double carte bleu pastel.
To finish, I flat adhered the image on a double pastel blue card.
Et voilà ! Et vous, quelle était votre tradition pour la chasse à l’oeuf ?
