I am super happy today to announce that for the next 2 months, I will be the Surprise Party Guest at Seize the Birthday !
Quelle belle surprise quand j’ai reçu l’email de Nancy et je la remercie ainsi que toute l’équipe de m’inviter à les rejoindre. Pour ce nouveau défi, il s’agit de Cercle(s) !
What a lovely surprise when I received the email from Nancy and I would like to thank her as well as the whole team for inviting me to join them. For this new challenge, it’s all about Circle(s) !
Voici ma carte / Here is my card
Pour ceux qui me connaissent un peu, vous savez que j’adore tout ce qui se rapporte à la mer et en lisant le mot “Cercle” j’ai tout d’abord penser à des bulles….le reste est venu tout seul.
For those who know me a little bit, you know that I love everything related to the sea, and by reading the word “Circle” I immediately thought about bubbles…the rest came by itself.
Avec une matrice ronde, j’ai découpé un fond que j’avais fait il y a longtemps en utilisant la technique des encres à alcool dans l’eau.
With a circle die, I cut the background that I had made a long time ago by using the alcohol ink floating technique.
Sur du papier blanc, j’ai tamponné la pieuvre et la méduse puis je les ai découpées avec les matrices correspondantes. J’ai choisi ces deux animaux marins car de par leurs formes, ils sont assez arrondis et peuvent créer des cercles avec leurs tentacules (surtout la pieuvre).
On white card stock, I stamped the octopus and the jelly fish then I cut them with the matching dies. I chose these two marine animals because due to their shapes, they are quite rounded and can create circles with their tentacles (especially the octopus).
Toujours dans du papier blanc, j’ai découpé les bulles avec des matrices.
Again in white card stock, I die cut the bubbles.
Pour finir, j’ai collé les différentes parties sur une double carte bleu marine puis j’ai tamponné et embossé en blanc le sentiment.
To finish, I adhered the different parts on a double dark blue card then I stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment.
