Here are two cards to inspire you a bit more…

“Hoppy Easter”, “Everyday Spring Sentiments” and “Everyday Love Sentiments” combined with an old set “Framed Florals”

J’ai associé ce joli petit lapin avec un ancien set Framed Florals afin de “l’habiller” un peu pour le printemps. 

I paired this cute little bunny with an old set Framed Florals in order to “dress him up” a bit for spring.

Pour cela j’ai tamponné trois fois le contour du lapin sur du papier blanc + une fois sur un post-it pour en faire un masque.

So I stamped three times the bunny outlines on white card stock + once on a post-it note to make a mask.

J’ai mis le masque autour des contours du lapin puis j’ai tamponné les motifs du set Framed Florals. J’ai répété l’opération 2 autres fois en décalant le tampon pour avoir des motifs différents.

I put the mask around the outlines of the bunny then I stamped the patterns from the Framed Florals set. I repeated the operation 2 other times by shifting the stamp to have different patterns.

J’ai coloré les motifs avec des crayons de couleur puis j’ai découpé à la main les 3 lapins.

I coloured the patterns with colour pencils and I fussy cut the three bunnies.

J’ai découpé avec une matrice à pointillés un rectangle allongé sur lequel j’ai tamponné le sentiment. 

I cut a white rectangle with a stitched slimline die and I stamped the sentiment on top.

Pour finir, j’ai collé ce rectangle sur une double carte bleu ciel et j’ai collé les 3 lapins dessus.

To finish, I flat adhered this slimline rectangle on a double slimline soft blue card and I glued the 3 bunnies on top.

Colour Pencils: Prismacolor “#916, 917, 1002, 918, 118, 921, 989, 1086, 993, 994, 995”.

“Up & Away” and “Cloud 9”

Ici j’ai utilisé le magnifique set Up & Away avec deux des trois montgolfières du set. Et comme Bev a eu la merveilleuse idée de créer un pochoir Nuages pour cette collection, il va de soi que je les ai associés pour faire cette carte.

Here I used the beautiful Up & Away set with two of the three hot air balloons in the set. And since Bev had the wonderful idea of creating a Clouds stencil for this collection, it goes without saying that I associated them to make this card.

C’est une carte à une seule couche et sans coloration des lignes. J’ai donc commencé par délimiter ma zone de travail en embossant un cadre sur le devant de la double carte.

It’s a one layer and a no line colouring card. So I started by delimiting my work area by embossing a frame on the front of the double card.

Après quoi j’ai tamponné la plus grosse montgolfière, je l’ai masquée et j’ai tamponné la suivante que j’ai masqué aussi afin de faire le fond nuageux avec le pochoir et de l’encre bleue. 

Then I stamped the biggest hot air balloon, I masked it and I stamped the second one that I also masked to make the cloudy background with the stencil and blue ink.

J’ai retiré tous les masques et j’ai coloré les montgolfières avec des crayons de couleur. Et pour finir, j’ai tamponné le sentiment.

I took off all the masks and I coloured the hot air balloons with coloured pencils. And to finish, I stamped the sentiment.

Inks: Altenew “Sea breeze”, Ink on 3 “no line colouring” – Coloured pencils: Prismacolor “#1087, 1079, 1033, 1040, 992, 920, 1006, 105, 942, 1080, 1098, 941”.
