J’espère que vous avez passé un bon week-end. Pour moi la semaine commence avec cette carte inspirée par les jolies couleurs du défi de Color Throwdown.

I hope you had a great weekend. For me the week starts with this card inspired by the lovely colours of the Color Throwdown challenge.

Et voici ma carte… / and here is my card…

J’avais ce joli tampon de Sugar Pea Designs sur mon bureau et je l’ai tout de suite imaginé avec les couleurs du défi de Color Throwdown. Ni une, ni deux, je l’ai tamponné sur du papier blanc avec une encre “no line colouring”.

I had this beautiful stamp from Sugar Pea Designs on my desk and I immediately imagined it with the colours of the Color Throwdown challenge. Without thinking twice I stamped it on white card stock with a “no line colouring” ink.

Puis je l’ai coloré avec des crayons de couleurs et je l’ai découpé à la main.

Then I coloured it with colour pencils and I fussy cut it.

Pour l’arrière plan, j’ai découpé un rectangle avec une matrice puis j’ai tamponné la lettre manuscrite dessus.

For the background, I die cut a torn edge rectangle and I stamped the script letter on top.

Pour finir, j’ai collé la lettre manuscrite et l’enveloppe fleurie sur la double carte blanche. Puis j’ai tamponné le sentiment sur une bande de papier corail.

To finish, I flat adhered the script letter and the flourished envelop on the double white card. Then I stamped the sentiment on a strip of coral paper.
