Bonjour !
Hello !
Are you ready ? Today starts a new challenge at Uniko and the theme is “Something old, something new” with the optional twist “Love”. I can’t wait to see what you’ll propose us !
Our guest designer for this challenge is the talented Anita from Neet and Crafty, she won the last challenge #44. I invite you to visit her blog and leave her a warm comment.
Voici ma carte / Here is my card
To illustrate this challenge I opted for one of the last Uniko stamps “Pure Florals: Rose” and an old stamp “English Country Garden” with the butterfly and for the technique called “spotlight stamping”.
I stamped and heat embossed the rose, the bud, the leaves and the butterfly over the card base as well as on a smaller squared cardstock.
With watercolour pencils and a water pen brush I coloured the parts of the rose and of the butterfly which are on the little square. Then I stamped and I heat embossed the sentiment from the set “Pure florals: chrysanthemum”, then I foam mounted the image over the card base by superimposing on the image of the card.
