K-Kingdom – Café / Coffee

Bonjour !

Hello !

I hope you enjoy your weekend! I started mine (with a good sleep I must admit!) by watching lots of your blogs which inspire me so much and I thank you for it!

I started thinking about this card when the challenge # 99 Coffee from Addicted to CAS was released and the time I decide myself, the challenge of CASology week 220 – Coffee appeared!

This is a card really very simple and very easy to make. On a brown paper, I stamped the NBUS image (NBUS = Darnell’s word.) with Versamark ink, and I heat embossed with white embossing powder. Then I die cut the image with a stitched square die.

On a cream colored double card (referring to coffee with milk !), I pasted the image. In the same brown paper, I cut the coffee beans and I adhered them all around the image (even if it is less CAS like that, I like it !).

And Voilà ! Although I am not a coffee drinker, that’s what it evokes me : a cup of coffee with a good croissant!

I hope this card will inspire you and give you the urge to participate in challenges.

Merci pour votre visite et vos commentaires me font toujours plaisir. À très bientôt j’espère !

  1. I can’t find your e mail address to respond to the question you asked about my card for the muse challenge, so I will just leave a comment here:
The polkadot BG is one of the fill option in the Silhouette studio program. So basically it is like digital patterned paper. I hope you understand my explanation. Please feel free to send an email if not,
    Hugs

  2. I ADORE your colour choice, Izzy, and this fabulous card! The coffee beans add such a fun element to your card, and I think the embossed image and sentiment are perfect! Lovely all round! Thanks so much for joining us at CASology this week!

  3. Even though I’m a tea drinker, I love this card! So clever to use coffee and cream colours, and it’s a super stamp too. I agree the coffee beans round the edge look fab – great touch 🙂
