Le temps est passé très vite et me voici déjà avec mon dernier post en tant qu’invité créative à Seize the Birthday. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de STB et tout particulièrement à Nancy pour m’avoir invitée à rejoindre l’équipe cet été. Ce fut un réel plaisir de jouer avec les différentes thèmes et celui-ci ne fait pas exception car j’adore la musique.

The time has flown by and here I’m already with my final post as the Surprise Party guest at Seize the Birthday. A huge thank you to the whole STB team for welcoming me and in particular Nancy for inviting me to join the team this summer. It has been a real pleasure to play with the different toppings and this one is no exception because I love music.
J’adore écouter de la musique et quand le temps me le permet, je joue du piano.
I love to listen to music and when time allows me, I play the piano.
Pour l’occasion, j’ai ressorti un de mes premiers tampons en bois et que j’ai tamponné sur du papier blanc puis j’ai coloré l’image avec des crayons de couleur.
For this occasion, I took off from my stash one of my first wood mounted stamps that I stamped on white card stock and then I coloured the image with coloured pencils.
En guise de sentiment, j’ai utilisé un classeur de gaufrage avec plein de “joyeux anniversaire” comme s’ils étaient chantés. J’ai gaufré un papier blanc que j’ai collé sur une carte bleu canard.
As a sentiment I used an embossing folder with lots of “happy birthday” as if they were being sung. I embossed a white card stock that I flat adhered on a teal card.
Pour finir, j’ai découpé à la main l’image ainsi que des petites notes de musique puis je les ai collées sur la carte.
To finish, I fussy cut the image as well as small music notes and I glued them on the card.

I have enjoyed seeing your creations for the past few months and am so glad that you were our Surprise Party Guest at Seize the Birthday Challenge. This card is fabulous. I love that you made the piano blue, what fun is that! I too like to listen to music, and I do while I am creating! But I no longer play the piano. Your zebra and that cute squirrel add to the fun of this Happy Birthday card.
