Voici ma carte / Here is my card
Update: Happy and honoured to be one of the top picks at Use Your Stuff.
For this card, I was inspired by several ongoing challenges, in particular the Fishy theme from Addicted to CAS and the Turquoise and Coral colors from Color Hues.
The theme for this fortnight at Less is More reminded me the gorgeous aboriginal paintings that I love, with this technique of spots from different sizes and different colours.
So by combining everything, I imagined a seahorse decorated with this technique in a bubble bath !
Not having any stamps or seahorse stencils of this size, so I created one by tracing the shape on a Vellum paper from a design found on the internet and cutting all around.
I placed this stencil on my double white card and I blended Distress ink through the stencil to make the seahorse background.
To decorate the seahorse, I used a white pencil, a brush and stylus to emboss. I put ink on their ends which I then stamped on the seahorse.
Once coloured, I masked the seahorse and I placed the stencil on top to make the bubbles.

Beautiful seahorse and amazing card!!! Bises
Amazing seahorse! What a fabulous way to add a seahorse without neither a stamp nor stencil – well, until you made a stencil. So clever! I love all the spots! Thanks for joining us at Addicted to CAS.
