Bonjour !
Hello !
Today I’m joining in with Uniko to celebrate the Women’s Day Blog Hop. Full details about this event and how to win prizes can be found at Uniko, HERE.
Voici ma carte / Here is my card
What could be more feminine than flowers, butterflies and purple/pink tones ? So I chose all these elements to try a new to me technique proposed by Bonnie in the CAS Mix Up challenge. You may have already seen this technique over at Uniko with the Hannelie’s wonderful post (see ICI).
I first cut the gerbera and the butterfly with the matching dies. With Zig Markers I coloured these two die-cuts, I spritzed them with water and I used them as stamps on a piece of watercolour paper.
I dried the die-cuts with the air gun then I stamped the outlines on top.
To finish, I stamped the sentiment and I flat adhered the watercolour background on a double soft purple card. I die cut a frame with the same colour and I foam mounted it as well as the two die-cuts.
