J’ai décidé pour l’occasion d’utiliser mes nouveaux crayons de couleur Prismacolor. Oh la la ! Quel changement avec les Polychromos de chez Faber-Castell, ils sont tellement tendres ! J’ai encore beaucoup de pratique à faire pour les maîtriser.
For the occasion I decided to use my new Prismacolor Colour Pencils. Oh la la ! What a change with my Faber-Castell Polychromos, they are so tender ! I have a lot to practice to master them.
J’ai commencé par tamponner ce magnifique set sur une double carte blanche. Puis j’ai tamponné de nouveau sur une feuille blanche dont j’ai coupé une partie avec une matrice en forme de coeur. Et c’est cette partie que j’ai mise en couleur.
I started by stamping this gorgeous set on a double white card. Then I stamped it again on a white card stock of which I cut a part with a heart shaped die. And that is this part that I coloured.
Afin d’ancrer l’image, j’ai embossé trois lignes avec ma Scoring Board . Puis j’ai tamponné le sentiment en accentuant le mot Lovely avec des encres de couleurs.
In order to ground the image, I embossed three lines with my scoring board. Then I stamped the sentiment by highlighting the word Lovely with colour inks.
Pour finir j’ai collé le coeur fleuri sur la double carte blanche avec de la mousse adhésive.
To finish I foam mounted the blossom heart on the double white card.
Stamps: Uniko “Hello Lovely” – Die : K-Kingdom “Hearts” – Colour Pencils : Prismacolor “#1014, 993, 994, 915, 916, 929, 923, 924, 925, 989, 913, 912, 909” – Inks : Altenew “Pure graphite”, Catherine Pooler “It’s a girl, Party dress”.
