Me revoilà avec le jour 4 de l’évènement “25 Days of Christmas Tags” et pour ce jour c’est Newton’s nook qui est la vedette.

Hello again !

I’m back with Day 4 of the “25 Days of Christmas Tags” event and for this day Newton’s nook is the star.

Je me suis inspiré des tags d’Amanda Wilcox et de Zsofia Molnar. Une fois de plus j’ai joué avec les tampons que j’avais de Newton’s nook et j’ai même du tirer profit de mes matrices de découpe en les utilisant autrement.

I get inspired by Amanda Wilcox‘ and Zsofia Molnar‘ tags. Once more, I played with the stamps that I had from Newton’s nook and I even stretched my dies.

Voici le tag d’Amanda… / Here is Amanda’s tag…

Voici mon tag… / Here is mine…

Comme vous pouvez le voir, j’ai gardé la forme du tag, le fond avec des flocons, le layout et le sentiment coloré. N’ayant pas la même image, j’ai adapté les couleurs.

As you can see, I included the tag shape, the background with snowflakes, the layout and the coloured sentiment. As I don’t have the same image, I adapted the colours.

Le fond est un papier décoré que j’ai découpé avec une matrice et au dos duquel j’ai collé un autre rond découpé pour faire une fenêtre dans CE tag. J’ai tamponné le flamand, je l’ai coloré avec des Promarkers et je l’ai découpé à la main.

The background is a pattern paper that I die cut and on its back I glued another circle shape die cut to make a window for THIS tag. I stamped the flamingo, I coloured it with Promarkers and I fussy cut it.

Pour le sentiment j’ai tout simplement écrit le mot NOEL avec des Promarkers et j’ai entouré chaque lettre avec un crayon très fin noir.

For the sentiment I simply wrote the word NOEL with Promarkers and circled each letter with a black fine liner.

Voici le mien… / Here is mine…

C’est pour ce tag que j’ai dû utiliser mes matrices autrement. Dans un premier temps, j’ai découpé le papier décoré. Puis j’ai découpé un cadre avec deux matrices et je l’ai collé sur le papier décoré pour faire la partie haute de la boule à neige.

It’s for this tag that I stretched my dies. First, I die cut a pattern paperThen I die cut an arch with two dies to make the top part of the snow globe shaker.

Puis j’ai pris la matrice d’une jardinière à fleur pour faire le socle de la boule à neige. Je l’ai découpé, j’ai tamponné le sentiment et je l’ai collé tête en bas à la base du globe.

Then I took a flower box die to make the base of the snow globe. I cut it out, I stamped the sentiment, and I glued it upside down to the base of the globe.

J’ai tamponné le mouton, j’ai masqué ces pattes avant et j’ai tamponné le cadeau. J’ai mis en couleur avec des Promarkers et j’ai découpé à la main. Pour solidifier la structure du tag, j’ai collé l’ensemble sur du bristol blanc et j’ai découpé tout autour du tag.

I stamped the sheep, I masked those front paws, and I stamped the gift. I coloured with Promarkers and I fussy cut it. To solidify the structure of the tag, I glued the whole part on white card stock and cut all around the tag.

Dies: MFT “Stitched arch STAX”, Poppy Stamps “Grand flower box” – Promarkers: “Leaf green, Bright green, Ivory, Blush, Ice grey I, Ice grey II” – Stamp: Newton’s nook “Fleece Navidad”.

Et voilà ! Une fois de plus je me suis bien amusée à faire ces tags et ce petit jeu m’aide à sortir des sentiers battus avec mes produits !

Et voilà ! Once more I had fun creating these tags and this game helps me think outside the box with my products !
