Colorado Craft Company & Uniko – Merry Christmas from the North Pole

Bonjour !

Hello !

Once again, a few ongoing challenges inspired me for this Christmas card coming straight from the North Pole.

Update: Happy and honoured to be one of the Top Picks at Happy Little Stampers Stencil challenge.

A card with snowflakes of all sizes. First the big snowflake made with a stencil mask from Uniko’s latest release and Distress Oxide inks, directly on the double white card .

The medium snowflakes are made with a set of Uniko stamps and white heat embossed. As for the little ones on the card, they are made with a Versamark pen and white puffing powder.

For the small image, I first die cut a scalloped rectangle. I stamped the North Pole banner and I coloured it with coloured pencils. Then I masked it to make the blue background with the same Distress oxide inks.

The snowflakes of this image are stamped and heat embossed with the puffing powder. I also added some few with the Versamark pen. I stamped and I black heat embossed the sentiment “Merry Christmas”. Then I foam mounted this image on the double card.

I thought something was missing and my eye fell on a Colorado Craft Company set with this adorable mouse. I stamped it, coloured it with coloured pencils, fussy cut it out and then stuck it on with adhesive foam squares.
