Bonjour !

J’ai dernièrement été élue comme gagnante du défi #24 chez the Day of the Month Card Club avec CETTE carte si bien qu’aujourd’hui je suis très contente et honorée d’être leur Invitée Créatrice pour leur nouveau défi dont le thème est “Find a rainbow Day”. Merci infiniment à Gundi, Rosi et Karen de m’avoir invitée.

I was recently chosen as the winner of challenge # 24 at the Day of the Month Card Club with THIS card. So today I am very happy and honored to be their Creative Guest for their new challenge whose theme is “Find a rainbow Day”. Thank you very much to Gundi, Rosi and Karen for inviting me.

Si vous aimez jouer avec les couleurs alors ce défi est pour vous et il offre un large éventail de possibilités. Pour ma part j’ai choisi un tampon et un pochoir que je n’ai encore jamais utilisés mais qui me semblaient parfaits pour l’occasion.

If you like to play with colours so this challenge is for you and it offers a wide range of possibilities. As far as I’m concerned, I chose a stamp set and a stencil that I’ve never used before but that seemed perfect to me for this challenge.

Voici ma carte / Here is my card

J’ai ce tampon depuis sa sortie mais je n’avais pas encore trouvé la bonne occasion de l’utiliser. Je trouve qu’il illustre parfaitement le thème du défi d’aujourd’hui.

I’ve got this stamp since its release but I didn’t find yet the good opportunity to use it. I think it perfectly illustrates the today’s challenge.

J’ai tracé à l’aide du pochoir et de crayons de couleur les petites bandes arc-en-ciel tout autour de la double carte blanche. J’ai choisi d’utiliser des crayons de couleur car l’encre du marqueur traverse le papier.

Thanks to the stencil and the colour pencils I drew the little rainbow stripes all around the double white card. I chose to use colour pencils because the ink of the marker go through the paper.

Sur un carré de papier blanc découpé avec une matrice, j’ai tamponné l’image et je l’ai colorée avec des marqueurs. Puis je l’ai montée sur la double carte avec de la mousse adhésive.

On a die cut square of white card stock I stamped the image and I coloured it with markers. Then I foam mounted it on the double card.

Pour finir j’ai tamponné le sentiment sur du papier noir, je l’ai embossé avec de la poudre blanche puis je l’ai collé sur la carte avec de la mousse adhésive.

To finish I stamped the sentiment on black card stock and I white heat embossed it. Then I foam mounted it on the card.
