Gerda Steiner – Hey…

Rebonjour !

Hello again !

I couldn’t help but play with several challenges to make this funny little scene …

Update : Happy and honoured to be one of the Top 3 at Use your Stuff.

Happy and honoured to be one of the Top 3 at Double D challenge.

I started with the sketch of Freshly Made Sketch then the themes of the challenges mentioned underneath did the rest.

On a sheet of special paper for alcohol markers, I created my scene with the help of masks to stamp the images.

Once the scene created, and before taking off the masks, I made the sky with a stencil (clouds) and blue ink, then the grass with green ink and a green Promarker.

I took off the masques and I coloured the hens with markers. I adhered the scene on a double white card. Then I die cut a round window in a white card stock.

To finish, I foam mounted the panel with the window on the double card. Then I stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment on a black stripe of paper. I fussy cut the third hen and I foam mounted it above the sentiment.

I love these little hens, they are so funny !
