Bonjour !
Hello !
Today I show you a card born from a mix of 3 challenges : the sketch comes from the challenge #288 at Freshly Made Sketches and the warm colours from the challenge #83 at Time Out and from the cue word of the challenge Wk 249 at CASology (as well as the sentiment !). I let you judge by yourselves.
First of all I stamped the lily on a white mix media paper with Versamark ink and I heat embossed with white powder. Then with the Distress inks, a brush and water, I coloured the image. Finally I fussy cut all around the lily.
On a white paper I then stamped the leaves, the stem of the lily and the sentiment with black Versafine ink and I heat embossed with clear powder. I then cut the paper in 2 strips. I made some splatters on both of them with the same colours as the ones used for the lily. I foam mounted each strip on a double yellow card.
To finish I adhered with Glue Dots the lily flower overlapping the 2 strips. And Voilà ! An easy and quick card to make.
Thank you for your visit and feel free to leave me a comment, I am always delighted to hear from you. See you soon ! 😉
