Bonjour !

J-10 avant Noël, et c’est aussi le dernier défi de l’année chez Papercraft Challenges. Ce sera aussi mon dernier défi en tant que membre de l’équipe. Je remercie tout particulièrement Elisa et Beate de m’avoir accueillie au sein de l’équipe. C’est un au revoir en tant que membre mais j’ai bien l’intention de revenir jouer de temps en temps. Voyons ce que l’avenir nous réserve.

D-10 before Christmas, and it is also the last challenge of the year at Papercraft Challenges. It will also be my last challenge as a member of the team. I particularly thank Elisa and Beate for having welcomed me in the team. It’s a goodbye as a member but I definitely plan to come back and play from time to time. Let’s see what the future will bring.

Pour répondre à ce défi, j’ai dû faire beaucoup de masking car j’ai utilisé 4 sets de tampons différents de Gerda Steiner.

For this challenge, I had to make a lot of masking since I used 4 different sets from Gerda Steiner.

Le principe est comme toujours de commencer par tamponner l’image du premier plan (ici la voiture), de la masquer et de tamponner ensuite la suivante (le pingouin), de le masquer, etc…

The principle is as always to start by stamping the foreground image (here the car), to mask it and then to stamp the next one (the penguin), to mask it, etc …

Une fois que tout est tamponné, j’ai laissé en place les masques et j’ai fait le fond avec un pochoir pour la montagne. Je l’ai ensuite masquée puis j’ai fait le ciel. Un autre masque pour faire la délimitation entre la montagne et le sol enneigé.

Once everything is stamped, I let the masks in place and I made the background with a stencil for the mountain. Then I masked it and I made the sky. Another mask to make the delimitation between the mountain and the snowy ground.

J’ai retiré tous les masques et là c’est la partie de détente avec le coloriage.

I removed all the masks and there is the relaxation part with the coloring.

Dans un carré de papier blanc j’ai découpé une fenêtre avec une matrice. J’ai collé l’image sur la double carte blanche puis j’ai collé la fenêtre avec de la mousse adhésive.

In a square of white card stock I die cut a window. I flat adhered the image on the double white card then I foam mounted the window on top.

Pour finir j’ai écrit à la main le sentiment sur le devant de la voiture.

To finish I hand written the sentiment on the front of the car.
