Papercraft Challenges #65 – Snowflakes

Bonjour !

Hello !

I’m back today for the December challenge over at Papercraft Challenges with the theme : Snowflakes.

This month’s sponsor is one of my favourite Designers, Gerda Steiner Designs. The winner will have the great pleasure to receive a 15$ voucher to buy in their web shop.

Voici ma carte / Here is my card

Gerda Steiner was kind enough to offer us two digital images for this challenge but they are both so cute that I couldn’t make a choice. So I made this little winter scene with both of them.

I printed both images on a white card stock then I die cut a stitched rectangle to make a slimline card.

With a black fine liner I continued the lines of the hills of the digital image then I masked them as well as the images to stamp the trees that I also masked to make the sky with Distress inks.

Then I coloured this little scene with markers. I stamped the sentiment and to finish I made the snowflakes with white ink pencils.

To assemble the card, I die cut a scalloped rectangle that I adhered on the double white card then I glued over the image with the scene.
