Pour l’occasion j’ai utilisé des images digitales d’Uniko pour le sentiment ainsi que pour l’image principale.

For the occasion I used digital images from Uniko for the sentiment as well as for the main image.

J’ai commencé par faire le fond de la carte. J’ai fait un pochoir en découpant un coeur dans du papier. J’ai posé ce pochoir sur la double carte kraft puis j’ai posé par dessus un autre pochoir fleuri sur lequel j’ai appliqué de l’encre Distress oxide jaune. 

I started by doing the background of the card. I made a stencil by die cutting a heart out of paper. I put this stencil on the double kraft card then I put on top another flowered stencil on which I applied the yellow Distress oxide ink.

Une fois l’encre sèche, j’ai rajouté un peu de dimension sur les fleurs avec un crayon de couleur jaune. Puis j’ai imprimé l’image sur du papier crème et sur du papier kraft légèrement plus clair que la double carte.

Once the ink dry, I added a bit of dimension on the flowers with a yellow colour pencil. Then I printed the image on a cream colour paper and on a kraft paper clearer than the double card.

J’ai coloré les fleurs avec des crayons de couleur jaune puis j’ai découpé à la main cette image. Puis j’ai utilisé la technique de “paper piecing” en découpant la partie centrale de la tasse de l’impression kraft et en la collant sur la partie crème. J’ai collé l’image sur le coeur au pochoir avec des carrés de mousse adhésive. 

I coloured the flowers with yellow colour pencils and I fussy cut this image. Then I used the “paper piecing” technique by fussy cutting the central part of the cup from the kraft printing and by adhering it on the colour cream cup. I foam mounted the image on the stencilled heart.

Pour finir, j’ai tamponné et découpé une abeille que j’ai collé sur le gobelet avec des carrés de mousse adhésive.

To finish, I stamped and I fussy cut a bee that I mounted with foam squares.
