Re-bonjour !
Après ce long break hors de mon atelier dû aux vacances et à la vague de chaleur à notre retour, me revoilà avec deux cartes faites ces jours-ci pour le nouveau défi de Less is More qui commence aujourd’hui.
Hello again !
After this long break out of my scrap room due to holidays and the heat wave when we came back, I’m here again with two cards made these recent days for the new challenge that starts today at Less is More.
What a lovely theme for a return ! For the occasion I made two cards, one with stamps and the other freehand.
1/ Thanks
For this first card, I used a stamp set from Happy Little Stampers which illustrates very well this theme.
With the help of a bit of masking, I stamped the flowers and the sentiment and I simply coloured them with colour pencils.
To finish I drew a frame all around with a black liner.
Stamp : Happy Little Stamper “Doodled flowers” – Colour pencils : Faber-Castell “105, 106, 107, 108, 111, 113, 115, 112, 166, 171, 132, 129, 123, 127” – Marker : STAEDTLER Triplus finaliser “Black”.

Update: Thrilled and honoured to be the Watercooler Rock Star over at Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.
Still having magnificent images in mind of my holidays on the island of beauty (Corsica), I had no trouble making my second card. During our swims, we took advantage of the clarity of the water to go snorkeling. We really felt like we were swimming in an aquarium.
I simply picked up the splendid colours of the sky, the sea and the algae. For the fish, even if they were very beautiful, they did not look like this one 😀.
To finish, I simply stamped a sentiment.
Stamp : Create a Smile “Botanical love” – Pencils : STAEDTLER triplus fineliners
