Bonjour !
Hello !
I hope you had a good weekend!
Today is not custom, I will present two cards! In fact, last night when I was watching the new theme of the challenge from Less is More: Turquoise and Lilac, I was immediately inspired by those colors and I already knew what I was going to do. So I started immediately to make my card without even taking the time to admire what had been done by the DT team.
I should have done it, since this morning, as I finished my card, I looked more closely at the various projects of the design team and what struck me immediately was that my card is very close to the beautiful card that Susan (BlueFogStudio) shows ! By the way, I invite you to visit her blog, you’ll love what you see there!
That is why, I was eager to do another card (see K-Kingdom – Snowman) ! It’s my way so as to be “forgiven for this plagiarism!”
To make the fir trees, I used Simon Says Stamp’s Dies on white paper. I put VersaMarker pen on the Die cuts borders, then I heat embossed with silver powder. I made this process two or three times to get a well rounded and smooth effect.
I colored the inner parts of the Die cuts with Fabrico pens. For the fir tree in the middle , I made some dots with these pens and I heat embossed with clear powder. For the third one (far right), I used pattern paper for the purple part.
I glued all the parts on a double iridescent white card with the Multi Medium Matte from Ranger. Then I heat embossed with silver powder. I also added some Wink of Stella to give a little more brilliance onto the colors. Finally I put some sequins in the same tones.
Merci pour votre visite et vos commentaires me font toujours plaisir. À très bientôt j’espère !
