La fête des pères, le challenge du mercredi de Simon Says Stamp et celui de CASology ont fait naître cette carte.

Mon animal préféré ? C’est le chat ! Depuis que je suis petite, je vis avec des chats, ils me fascinent. J’ai toujours aimé leur compagnie, leur indépendance et leurs mimiques. Le côté sauvage du gros félin mais en miniature !

Alors quoi de plus normal que de lui rendre hommage avec cette carte, que j’offre aujourd’hui à mon cher et tendre !

Fathers’ Day, the Simon Says Stamp’s Wednesday challenge and CASology challenge have made that this card was born.

My favorite animal ? That is the cat ! Since I was a little girl, I live with cats, they fascinate me. I always loved their company, their independence and their facial expressions. The wild side of the big feline in miniature.

So what more natural than to honor it with this card, that I today offer my dear hubby ! 

Sur une double carte blanche de chez Made by ME, j’ai collé du papier texturé noir de chez Colorbök. J’ai découpé un ovale dans du papier Doodlebug “Basically black pinstripes” avec le Die “Classic Oval Large”de Spellbinders.

On a white double card from Made by ME, I stuck a black textured card stock from Colorbök. I cut an oval shape in a Doodlebug paper “Basically black pinstripes” with a Spellbinders Die “Classic Oval Large”.
En ce qui concerne le tampon, j’y ai fait quelques petites modifications par rapport à l’original afin qu’il soit plus masculin : taille des moustaches, corps tout noir, yeux plus ronds et taches pleines.
As far as the stamp is concerned, I made some little modifications compared to the original one in order to be more masculine : size of the mustaches size, the whole body in black, round eyes and full black spots.

Sur du papier blanc Clairefontaine 160g, j’ai appliqué le tampon “You’re purfect cat” de Inkadinkado avec de l’encre Onyx Black de Versafine. J’ai embossé avec de la poudre transparente. J’ai ensuite coupé autour avec le Die oval de Spellbinders.

On a white card stock from Clairefontaine (160g), I applied the Inkadinkado stamp “you’re purfect cat” with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I clear embossed it. Then I cut it with a Spellbinders Die “Classic oval Large”.

J’ai collé une feuille blanche texturé (100g) de Original Crown Mill sur le papier noir texturé. J’ai collé la forme ovale rayée dessus. Au dos de l’image j’ai mis de la mousse et je l’ai collé le tout sur le papier rayé.

I stuck a white textured paper from Original Crown Mill on the black textured card stock. I stuck the oval shape on it. I foam mounted the picture on the striped paper.

J’ai coupé des coeurs avec le Die “mini hearts set” de Simon Says Stamp, je les ai coloriés avec un Promarker rouge et j’ai ajouté du Glossy Accent de Ranger. J’ai appliqué le sentiment et la patte de chat avec de l’encre Onyx black de Versafine et j’ai embossé avec de la poudre transparente.

I cut some hearts with the Simon Says Stamp Die “mini hearts set”, I colored them with a red Promarker and I applied Glossy Accent from Ranger. I applied the sentiment and the cat’s print with the Onyx Black Versafine ink and I clear embossed.

Pour finaliser la carte, j’ai fait un petit noeud dans un ruban d’organza rouge en guise de noeud papillon.

To finish the card, I made a little bow in a red organza ribbon as a bow tie.
