Bonjour !
J’espère que vous allez bien et que vous êtes prêt(e)s pour le nouveau défi chez Addicted to Stamps and More. Le thème pour cette quinzaine est…
Hello !
I hope you’re doing well and that you are ready for the new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More. The theme for this fortnight is…
This is about making a card using either stencils or cutting dies or both. As far as I’m concerned, I chose to use both !
And if you want even more inspiration, you can also find me on the Uniko blog HERE, where I share today inspiration cards on this theme.
Update: Happy and honoured to be the winner at The Dream Factory challenge with THIS card.
Here are some sneak peeks of my BA cards that you will find HERE on the Uniko blog.
Update: Happy and honoured to be one of the Top Picks at Inkspirational Challenge.
Happy and honoured to be one of the Favourites at HLS Birthday Challenge.
I made this card for a crafty blog friend’s birthday. I wanted something bright to highlight this pretty butterfly, the yellow orange seemed perfect to me to brighten up that special day.
On the double white card, I first made the background with this pretty gerbera stencil from Uniko and some Distress and Catherine Pooler inks. For the stem, I used the one of another Uniko stencil.
Then I stamped the butterfly on a piece of white Bristol paper and I coloured it with colour pencils. I cut it with the matching die and I adhered it on the flower.
To finish I stamped and I clear heat embossed the sentiment and I foam mounted it on the double card.

Absolutely beautiful card, I simply adore that fabulous butterfly against the perfect stencil flower.

LOVE this card! Those bright colors are right up my alley!! Thanks for joining in at HLS Stencil
ps for some reason your link went to the challenge site rather then your blog.
So pretty, what absolutely perfect blending! Thanks for joining us at Krafty Chicks.
Very pretty clear citrus color. Like how the butterfly is popped up and placed at an angle for an illusion of movement. Thanks for joining our challenge at Inkspirational.
I love this card (not just because it’s mine now), but because it’s designed to perfection. The flower and the butterfly look so real and everything fits together perfectly in terms of colour! Bises
WOW! Beautifully done Izzy! Striking design! Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our STENCIL FUN challenge! Good Luck and we hope you’ll come back often. We appreciate your support!
