Today it’s Wednesday, and there is a new challenge that starts at Addicted to Stamps and More and the theme is…Holiday. The perfect theme for this season.

Et voici ma carte / And here is my card

Happy and honoured to be one of the shout out over at Jingle Belles.

J’ai acheté ce tampon cette année en pensant à mon amie espagnole, et je l’ai associé au défi de CAS Christmas dont le thème est “Chaleureux et confortable”.  Ce que j’aime beaucoup dans ce set c’est le sentiment et j’ai joué avec ça. Quoi de mieux qu’une veste polaire pour avoir bien chaud !

I bought this stamp this year thinking about my Spanish friend, and I associated it with the Christmas CAS challenge whose theme is “Warm and cosy”. What I like about this set is the sentiment and I played with it. What’s better than a fleece jacket to keep you warm !

Il me restait une pelote de laine d’un petit paletot que j’ai tricoté pour une naissance hivernale, j’ai tricoté un carré avec cette laine. J’ai fait une fenêtre en forme de sapin avec une matrice dans du papier blanc et j’ai collé le carré de laine au dos.

With a leftover of a ball of wool from a little overcoat that I knitted for a winter birth, I knitted a square. I die cut a fir-shaped window in a white card stock and I glued the woolen square to the back.

J’ai collé de la mousse adhésive au dos de la fenêtre (double épaisseur pour compenser l’épaisseur de la laine) et je l’ai collé sur la double carte blanche.

I fixed adhesive foam to the back of the window (double thickness to compensate for the thickness of the wool) and I stuck it on the double white card.

J’ai tamponné le mouton sur un morceau de papier blanc, je l’ai coloré avec des crayons de couleur puis je l’ai découpé à la main et je l’ai collé sur la double carte avec de la mousse adhésive.

I stamped the sheep on a scrap of white paper, I coloured it with colour pencils and then I fussy cut it and I foam mounted it on the double card.

Pour finir j’ai tamponné le sentiment !
