I get inspired by the CAS Watercolour challenge to make this card. For this challenge, Loll asks us to make a card with maple leaf/leaves. And as CAS Watercolour celebrates its 3 years, it was natural to make a card with 3 leaves !
To make these leaves with the lovely fall colours, I first played with my Brushos powders over white cardstock. I let them dry and once dry, I die cut the leaves. Except for the smallest one that I stamped, heat embossed and fussy cut since I didn’t have such a small die.
On a white cardstock, I stamped the woodgrain with Versamark and I white heat embossed it. I adhered the textured background on the double white card.
On a white cardstock with the double card’s size, I die cut a window, then I stamped the sentiment in black. I foam mounted this panel on the double card.
To finish, I adhered the leaves with Glued Dots on the left edge of the window.
